Final Fantasy XIII comes out this week for PS3 and 360. Yep, that’s pretty much all you need to know. Actually the game is already out as of today, so you should go buy it because it’s suppose to be pretty dope. Even though it just came out today for the WiiWare, Capcom already has plans to bring DLC to Mega Man 10 next month.
Capcom will be releasing Bass (a Mega Man character introduced in Mega Man 7 and playable in Mega Man & Bass) as a DLC character for the Wii version of Mega Man 10 on April 5 for 200 Wii Points ($2) and introduce a special stage that same day for 300 Wii Points.

With the release of their latest SOCOM title for the PSP, Fireteam Bravo 3, Sony is using a new way to fight piracy on its handheld by requiring players to register online before being allowed to play online.
Gamers who purchase a physical copy of SOCOM: Fireteam Bravo 3 will need to register the game on the PlayStation Network using an included voucher code in order to play SOCOM online. Those who download the game digitally will have their copy automatically ..read the full article
Ubisoft has just confirmed that Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands will release on May 18 and May 20 in the US and Europe.
But which versions of the game will release on those dates you ask? All three of them. Yep, the 360, PS3 and Wii versions of The Forgotten Sands will all release on the same date.

According to the latest issue of PSM3 (via CVG), Killzone fans should be prepared to hear about the first details on Killzone 3 in the “next few months.”

After announcing Ghost Recon: Future Soldier yesterday, Ubisoft went ahead and released the above teaser video for the game. The title was initially confirmed for just the 360 and PS3, but then Wii, DS, and PSP versions were also said to be in the works. Look for Ghost Recon: Future Soldier fall 2010.

Ubisoft announced today that they will be bringing Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier to gamers in 2010, resurrecting the Ghost Recon franchise after a three year hiatus.
Being developed by the fine Advanced Warfighter vets over at Ubisoft Paris, Future Soldier promises to bring us “cutting-edge technology, prototype high-tech weaponry, and state-of-the-art single-player and multiplayer modes.”

Not a bad looking week in new games with BioShock 2 and Dante’s Inferno arriving, along with Star Ocean: The Last Hope for the PS3 and Super Monkey Ball: Step & Roll for all you Wii Balance Board owners. The DS gets a little love too this week with Percy Jackson and Scene It? Twilight. The PSP gets no love at all with nothing out this week, which isn’t unusual. A recent European PlayStation.Blog interview with Final Fantasy XIII Director, Motomu Toriyama, and Producer, Yoshinori Kitase, reaffirmed the total playtime of 50-60 hours we already knew about months ago, and talks about about the added missions (side-quests) in the game that add to the mix. Exhibitors and concerts were announced today for PAX East in Boston, which takes place on March 26-28. Major publishers attending the show include EA, Ubisoft, Microsoft and Nintendo, along with well known developers like The Behemoth, Harmonix, Rockstar, Turbine and Twisted Pixel Games also making an appearance. David Cox, a producer at Konami and owner of the twitter account “CastlevaniaLOS”, tweeted a few details about the upcoming game today. In addition to sharing the title’s number seven ranking on GameTrailers most anticipated games list, Cox also revealed the following bits of information in response to questions about the game:

Zipper Interactive’s first and long awaited PS3 game, MAG, was launched today in the US along with a much needed patch that is automatically downloaded once you log into the game.
According to Zipper’s Jeremy Dunham, the large patch contains tons of upgrades and tweaks including a framerate increase, all-new light settings and an increase in the amount of time you can sprint before getting tired. Hit the jump for the full list of patch notes.
