The combination of EA Games and BioWare has Mass Effect 2 reaching two million sales worldwide since its release this past Tuesday. There have already been two new content releases for BioWare’s Epic RPG Dragon Age: Origins. Both Warden’s Keep and The Stone Prisoner were released with the original game and made available for download immediately. However, a 3rd piece of DLC, “Return to Ostagar” was slated for release on Jan 5th,  it was then delayed until Jan 15th, it has now been delayed … again, leaving Dragon Age fans asking WTF!?

BioWare has just announced their plans for the first two DLC additions to Mass Effect 2, and both will be accessible free to those who buy the game new via a new platform the company is calling “The Cerberus Network (TCN).”

Star Wars: The Old Republic has been hotly anticipated by nerds across the galaxy (myself included) since BioWare first announced the MMO in October of 2008, well over a year ago. No word on whether or not it is tur’ism related, but the newest Dragon Age DLC will apparently be delayed across all platforms until an unspecified time. “Return to Ostagar” in which, I assume, you will be returning to Ostagar, has been pushed back. The reason is also unspecified.

On December 29th, Bioware announced the next batch of DLC for the fantasy role-playing game, Dragon Age: Origins. Titled “Return to Ostagar” – the download will be available for Xbox 360 and PC owners on January 5th in North America and Europe. But wait, there’s more!

Today is a great day for Mass Effect 2 news- first with the massive, packed collector’s being announced, and now, with 90 seconds of brand-new footage that signals the coming of a full trailer for the game. The original standard release box art (shown above left) for BioWare’s Mass Effect 2 game revealed back in July has changed. The new art (shown above right) is what BioWare is calling the”final” box art for the highly anticipated sequel. Maybe the old one showed off a little more female crotch than EA felt parents would be comfortable with? Who knows.
