“Look Out…Here Come the Spider-Men!” The newly released trailer for Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions is awesome! What especially impresses is the different styles in art and gameplay shown for the four displayed playable characters. Following yesterday’s Rock Band 3 setlist announcement by Harmonix, Activision have released the full 105-song track list for DJ Hero 2.
There’s also a Facebook competition for UK DJ fans. “Every week from now until 21st September, fans will be presented with a “mashup of mashups” video from which participants will need to decipher what songs were used to create each mix,” say Activision. Prizes include “trips to see DJ Hero 2 artists perform live and professional DJ equipment.”
That’s right . . . what if? Get ready to laugh at this all too true parody of a great game – redone Activison style!!

According to statistics collected and analyzed by the popular torrent blog TorrentFreak, StarCraft 2 is the most pirated game of 2010 so far, with over 260,000 copies downloaded illegally.
The data shows that close to 100,000 copies were downloaded via BitTorrent on the first day alone, which is an astonishing number of pirates all in one place. Activision and Treyarch have today released a showreel of multiplayer footage from Call of Duty: Black Ops, which shows off just a few of the new weapons available in the game, including a brilliant-looking RC car bomb.

In its second quarter report released today, Activision announced that True Crime: Hong Kong has been delayed from its fall 2010 release into next year.
“Additionally, Activision Publishing has moved the anticipated release date for its upcoming open-world action title, True Crime: Hong Kong, from 2010 to 2011 in order to give the development team more time to deliver the high-quality entertainment experience they envision for the game,” Activision explained.

One of the most anticipated console titles of the year is getting a companion portable version. Call of Duty: Black Ops is being brought to the DS by developer n-Space, the same people who have brought previous versions of the franchise to the portable.
